The TCI 2011 conference was organised by TCI and Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED), Auckland's economic growth agency.
The conference steering group was chaired by Tony Caughey and organisations represented included New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, Ministry of Science and Innovation, Ministry of Economic Development, Auckland Council, University of Auckland Business School, Economic Development Agencies of New Zealand (EDANZ),and Committee for Auckland.
